Rotary Youth Social Entrepreneurship Challenge

Have you ever had the urge to put your business idea in action, but felt that it could not last due to no funding? Ever wanted to make a difference to someone’s life or give back something to the community?

If you’re up for a mix of business sense and social change, then the Rotary Youth Social Entrepreneurship Challenge (RYSEC) may just be your spark!

This challenge is open for all aspiring entrepreneurs from Singapore within the age of 15 – 30 where you can form into teams of 1 – 6 people, and submit a business plan of youridea.

The winners of this challenge will be awarded with:

1) Prize money of $2000 for the top team and $1000 for each of the category winners
2) All expenses paid 1 week study trip to Cambodia to visit Social Entreprises and face-to-face meetings with their founders for all winners in December
3) A very exciting learning and mentorship programme with the best Social Enterprises and Entrepreneurs in Singapore in July for participants

The judging criteria will be such that it has to have feasibility, social innovation, accountability and sustainability. The result of this challenge will be out in early October. For more info, please click HERE.
