Web Developers: Meet Nokia this Friday
Fancy free beer, a free Nokia E71 mobile phone and an early happy hour on Friday 31 October?
Join us at Forum Nokia’s “Calling All Innovators” inaugural event from 4pm to 6pm on Halloween and kickstart an early weekend with a bang!
ALL developers are welcome, not just the mobile ones.
At the event, there will be interactions with technology experts from Forum Nokia, as well as developers from Singapore. There will even be a demo of an upcoming product – Nokia Tube (Nokia’s ‘Touch’ phone) – a prototype device.

Here are the bios of the speakers for the event:
Sunil Kumar – blogger, developer and fellow Forum Nokia Ambassador
Sunil Kuma is a mobile applications developer and his daily job is
software development and training. He has experience working with
Symbian OS, the S60 platform, UIQ., BREW, Windows CE, Windows Mobile 5
and 6, Palm OS, JavaT Platform, Micro Edition (JavaT ME), other OEM
platforms.
Eileen Khoo
Eileen is a Senior Technology Expert within the Technical Services and
Consultancy team of Forum Nokia Group in Nokia. Since joining Nokia, she
has been providing consultation and technical support to mobile
operators and application developers. Her areas of expertise include
Symbian, J2ME and Flash programming on Nokia platforms. As part of her
current job, she does technical presentations for Developer events.
Gary Chan
Former developer, technopreneur, mobile product and brand manager, and
now managing developer relationships and business development for Forum
Nokia in Asia Pacific. Gary has the frontline experience and battle
scars in the ecosystem of creating and commercializing successful mobile
products and services in his more than a decade of experience in the
telecommunications and Internet industries.
Darius Cheung
As the CEO of tenCube, he has been actively speaking in technology and
entrepreneurship events, and was previously selected as 25 Best Young
Entrepreneur in Asia by Business Week. He holds a B.Eng. degree in
Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He has a
cat and hopes to get a Michelin star someday.
