• Objective - In search for talents to work with us to extend the development of our Enterprise 2.0 product suite and technology. Both short-term and long-term arrangement could be accommodated.
• Mindset - Entrepreneurial and startup mindset a must. Open mind to new concepts and innovations, willing to take risk, hungry, positive thinking, have a “Can do” attitude, bordering foolishness at times, crave for speed, fast learning and yet be able to balanced with calm and professional execution. Aspire to grow as leaders of the future!
• Experience - Experienced candidate or fresh graduate are both welcome. Industry attachment or internship in technology or software startup in Bay area preferred. Prior experience in China or outside Singapore is always a plus.
• Exposure - Very inquisitive and comfortable with latest interactive digital media technology landscape, Web 2.0 innovations and Virtual World trends. Prior exposure to enterprise software such as ERP, CRM will be good. Having exposure to both is even better.
• Education - Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Need to have solid CS background on algorithm theory, design and implementation. Need to appreciate the values of software development lifecycle (SLDC) and know to apply at the right time at the right place. Good natural sense of usability and GUI design.
• Technology - If you have technology experience below, it will be a plus. If not, as long as you can prove you can learn and pick up in no time, that’s cool also. Relevant technology skills are J2EE, Javascript, JSP/HTML/XML/XSLT/CSS, MySQL/Oracle and Struts/Spring/Hibernate frameworks. Exposure and understanding of common Open Source software such as Apache/Tomcat/MySQL a plus. Exposure to J2ME/Symbian will be a plus.
• Language - English a must. If you speak, read and write Mandarin, it is definitely a plus.
