Singapore Social Media Directory

by admin

RamblingLibrarian as created a new social experiment called the Singapore Social Media Directory.

You could say the wiki came about from the question: “Where can I look for blogs, especially those in Singapore?”

The whole idea is to create a community edited wiki that represents the who’s who of the social media scene in Singapore. Do check it out. I think it’s off to a good chart. I’ve put in an entry for E27 and myself there. So feel free to add yours and make the E27 one better!

Hi folks, thanks for participating in the ‘experiment’ : )
I just saw your entry, and I shortened the description (if not, the wiki page looks too clunky). You might want to check to see if the edited description is OK. Anyway, the description is just to let people get a sense of what the entry is about, and not a press release, heh. Thanks

No problem. Yeah, saw the additional lines as well. OK, we’ll leave it at that. Although my preference is to limit the description to around 30 words. Any longer, it gets too clunky. The trick is to try and present the more important info, and the rest people can read at your About page. If the description is too clunky, people might not read it anyway. Just my 2-cents. Thanks for the plug.
